Downtown Zone  

• Beginning on the North side of 5^th Street to 28^th Street, along the West side of Kennedy Boulevard down to Tonnelle Avenue, including Paterson Plank Road.

• Beginning at 29^th Street to 54^th Street, along the West side of Kennedy Boulevard down to Dell Avenue, not included is the portion of Union City from 32^nd Street to 39^th Street.
  

Racetrack Zone  

• Beginning at the Guttenberg border and ending at the Fairview border, between the East side of Kennedy Boulevard to the East side of Bergenline Avenue, also included is the North side of Kennedy Boulevard bordering Fairview.
  

Uptown Zone

• Beginning at the Guttenberg border and ending at the Fairview and Cliffside Park borders, between the East side of Bergenline Avenue to the East side of Boulevard East, including the Wall Street area, Bulls Ferry Road, Bergen Ridge Road and the Woodcliff Avenue area.
